Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Delivery time

Typical delivery is 5–10 days across India from the date of dispatch. Remote pin codes can occasionally take longer; if that happens we'll tell you rather than leave you guessing.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible pin codes. Select it at checkout and pay the courier when your parcel arrives. If COD isn't serviceable for your address, checkout will show you online payment options instead.

Paying online costs less. Prepaid orders — UPI, card or net banking — are discounted at checkout, and you'll see the exact difference before you confirm. COD genuinely costs more to run, so we pass the saving to people who pay upfront rather than raising prices for everyone.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. There are no charges added after the fact.

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking usually starts updating within 24 hours of dispatch — if it looks stuck before then, it's normally just the carrier scan catching up.

Delivery area

We ship to serviceable pin codes across India. We do not currently ship internationally.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails, the carrier will usually try again. If you need to reschedule, reply to your tracking email and we'll arrange it. If a shipment is lost in transit, contact us and we'll ship a replacement at no cost to you.
