Every order gets a tracking link by email as soon as it's dispatched — usually within 24–48 hours of ordering. Check that email first, including your promotions and spam folders.

Sign in and open your account to see the status of every order you've placed.
If you checked out as a guest
Email support@findrry.com with your order number and the email address you used, and we'll send your tracking details back.
Tracking isn't updating
Carrier tracking can take up to 24 hours after dispatch to show its first scan, and it sometimes pauses for a day mid-route. If there's been no movement for more than 3 working days, contact us and we'll chase the carrier.
Expected timing
- Dispatch: within 24–48 hours of ordering
- Delivery: typically 5–10 days across India
Something arrived damaged or wrong? Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a free replacement.
