2. Products and descriptions

We work to describe every product accurately, including specifications and what is included in the box. Product images are representative; minor variation in colour or finish may occur. Where a listing is materially inaccurate, our replacement policy applies.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before an order is placed. Any comparison or strike-through pricing shown reflects a genuine previous selling price.

4. Orders

An order constitutes an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order where the product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed through Shopify's secure, PCI-compliant checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details.

6. Shipping and replacements

Delivery and replacement terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Replacement Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site for unlawful purposes, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to reproduce its content without permission.

8. Intellectual property

The Findrry name, site design and original written content are our property. Product imagery may be supplied by our supply partners and remains theirs.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
